Solid Climate Change Science Consensus

smokestacksThe soon to be released Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report is expected to state that human emissions are the only possible explanation for major changes in the Earth's climate. Previous reports had indicated humans were “probably” to blame. The report is expected to state that doubling of greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere would bring a temperature rise of 2C-4.5C or maybe higher, but that there is great uncertainty about the pace and scope of future change.

As for the scope. If you look at the past, two Hurricane seasons. Plus the deep freeze's, were now seeing in Europe and part's of Asia. On top of the drought, in North Africa, and the drought in the U.K.. On top of the new Hurricane season projection. In which ….5 storm's are projected to hit the U.S., two of which will be Hurricane's. One projected to hit Florida. That's already bad enough, and we know,it's going to get worst. We are in, for some deep trouble ahead. If you notice ,all these event's, are happening at the same time roughy, all around the world. They are not, isolated incidence's, with any large span of time, between them. As if the planet, is creating a more voilent normality. Time will tell, but it does'nt look good.

Is the upcoming IPCC report a special one, or is it the Fourth Assessment Report, scheduled for 2007 release? I haven't been able to determine this.

I believe it is a draft of the planned 2007 IPCC release. The draft is naturally ciculated widely for comment before final approval as there is a very large number of people involved in its preparation.
